Information We Collect and Why

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. VPNQL processes account identifiers and login information to identify accounts, maintain subscription status, and support account use. Keep your login credentials secure. If you voluntarily provide an email address or other details through a support ticket, they are used only to handle that request and are not required to create an account.

When you purchase a subscription or data package, order records are used to confirm payment, activate the service, reconcile billing, and handle refund requests. Records may include the selected item, order status, payment result, and transaction identifier. The website also processes page-view analytics and necessary technical information to check that pages work properly, identify errors, and improve site content. Analytics data is separate from the route connection records described below.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling

VPNQL does not record which websites users visit or retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing history. While a route is being established and data is being transmitted, the system temporarily processes the status information needed to complete the connection. This temporary state supports the active connection and is not used to build individual browsing profiles. When a connection ends, VPNQL does not retain destinations, browsing content, or traceable browsing history in the form of connection logs.

When troubleshooting, you can choose what error messages, platform details, or route information to include in a support ticket. Please avoid sharing personal information unrelated to the issue. Materials you submit are handled as account service information and are not used to reconstruct browsing records.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to retain login status, language preferences, and interface settings. This information helps pages recognize your current session and remember your selected settings when you return. Page-view analytics may also use browser storage to distinguish repeat visits. You can clear or restrict this storage through your browser settings, but clearing login information may require you to sign in again, and restricting essential storage may affect panel features.

On shared devices, sign out of your account when you are done and clear saved site data as needed. Deleting browser data only affects the copy on that device; it does not delete your account or order records.

Payments and Information Sharing

VPNQL supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. When you choose a payment method, the relevant third-party payment service processes the payment and may collect information needed to complete the transaction under its own policies. VPNQL receives the payment result and transaction identifier needed to confirm the order, and does not ask you to submit payment account credentials on this site. Before paying, you can review the payment service's privacy notice to understand how it independently handles information.

Information may be processed by service providers, where necessary, to complete orders, handle requests you make, or comply with applicable legal requirements. VPNQL does not provide users' website browsing histories to third parties in connection with providing route services.

Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account information is used to maintain login and subscription services while your account is in use. Order information is retained for as long as needed to process transactions, provide after-sales support, and meet applicable legal obligations. Support ticket materials are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Once these purposes have been fulfilled, VPNQL deletes or de-identifies the relevant information. Information that must be retained by law is kept only to the extent required. Because information types and applicable requirements differ, this policy does not set one retention period for everything.

To access or delete information associated with your account, you can submit a support ticket through the user panel and describe the scope of your request. VPNQL will verify account ownership and handle the request. If certain order information must still be retained by law, the response will explain what information is affected. Deleting account information may make the associated subscription features unavailable.

If this policy changes, this page will be updated with revised text and a new “Last updated” date. Significant changes to how information is handled will be announced in an appropriate place on the site. Please refer to the version published at the time before continuing to use the service.
