ACCOUNT / Account
Create an account: Open the user panel
Start at the user panel account creation page. VPNQL accounts use a username and password; no email address is required. Choose a username you’ll recognize and set a unique password for the account. After submitting, follow the on-screen instructions to open the panel. If you already have the panel open in your browser, make sure you’re on the account creation page, not an existing account overview, so your subscription is linked to the right account.
After creating your account, make sure you can access the account overview. It brings together your subscription details, and you’ll return to the same account to choose a plan and get your subscription. Make a note of your username before continuing. Don’t keep trying your account password in the client: importing a client uses subscription details from the panel, not your account password.
If you’re still on the account creation page after submitting, check the nearby instructions and confirm that the username isn’t already taken and both password entries match. Don’t create multiple accounts just because the page didn’t redirect right away. Once you’ve confirmed you can sign in, move on to choosing a plan. You don’t need to install a client or find a subscription link first.
Open the account pagePLAN / Plan
Choose a plan: Check your usage, then review the order
Open the plans section in the user panel and compare monthly subscriptions with data packages. Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; data is available until used and never expires. If your usage is predictable, compare the monthly allowances. If it varies, consider a data package. Look beyond the price: check when data resets and which type of route you’re more likely to use.
Once you’ve chosen a plan, open it in the panel and check the plan name, amount, and account on the order. Then choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT on the checkout page. The final order details are your last chance to review everything before submitting. If the plan name or amount doesn’t match your selection, return to the plans section and check again before paying. VPNQL offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. For the full terms, read the Terms of Service.
After placing your order, return to the panel. The payment confirmation page is not your subscription link. Check your order status and subscription availability in your account. If you’ve just completed the purchase, refresh the overview as prompted before continuing. To change your data allowance later, return to the plans section from the same account. Upgrading a monthly plan mid-cycle converts the price difference into remaining days, so don’t estimate it using the full monthly price.
View plans in the panelSUBSCRIPTION / Subscription
Get your subscription: Copy it from your account
Open your account overview and check that your subscription is active. Then look for the option to copy your subscription or import it into a client. Subscription details belong to your account, so get them from the panel—not from an article, someone else’s screenshot, or a search result. If the panel offers different import options for different clients, choose your platform first and follow the matching instructions. This helps prevent using an import method intended for one client in another.
Before copying, make sure you’re still signed in to the account you used to place the order. If the overview doesn’t show an active subscription, check the order status before trying to connect with an empty configuration. Subscription details are part of your account credentials: import them only into your own client, and don’t post them publicly or share them with others. To use another device, get the details from your own panel again. VPNQL supports simultaneous connections on unlimited devices, but each device still needs its own client setup.
Clients usually have an option such as “Import from URL” or “Add subscription”—don’t paste subscription details into the account sign-in form. You can leave the panel open while you wait for the client’s server list to appear. If the client reports a format error, make sure you copied the subscription link, not the web address in your browser’s address bar. Both may look like links, but they serve different purposes.

Import into a client: Find the right option for your device
After signing in, open the client downloads section in the panel to get the available client and instructions for your system. This page doesn’t provide standalone installers or public subscription links; use the panel to download a client and get your subscription. Once installed, open the client and look for the subscription import option. You’ll know the import worked when the client shows a list of regions and routes—not just an added link.
Windows
Choose the Windows client in the panel’s downloads section, follow the installation instructions, and open the app. In the client’s subscription or configuration settings, choose Add Subscription, paste the details copied from your account overview, save, and refresh. Return to the server list and check that regions and route types appear, then choose a route that suits your needs. If the list is still empty, check where you imported the details and whether the update completed. Don’t enter your account password as subscription information.
macOS
Choose the macOS client in the panel, install it, then open the client window or menu bar interface. Find subscription management, add a configuration, or import; paste in the subscription details from the panel and refresh. If macOS asks for permission to configure the network, review the app name and stated purpose before deciding whether to allow it. Once the routes appear, choose one and connect. Don’t assume the configuration is working just because the client icon appears in the menu bar.
Android
Get the Android client from the panel’s downloads section. In the app, open the subscription or configuration page, add the details from the panel, and refresh the server list. The first time you connect, Android will usually ask for permission to set up a VPN connection. Make sure the request comes from the client you’re using, then follow the system prompt to allow it. If the connection drops when you switch to another app, check the system’s battery settings for background activity, make any needed changes, then reconnect and verify your exit location.
iOS and iPadOS
Check the panel’s downloads section for instructions on getting and importing the iOS client, then use the link provided there to get the appropriate app. Open the app and look for Add Subscription or Import from Link. Enter the subscription details from your account overview and refresh. The first time you connect, your iPhone or iPad may ask to allow a VPN configuration. Follow the on-screen instructions, then return to the client, choose a route, and check whether the connection status changes.
Linux
Linux is also supported. Check the panel for the currently available client and import instructions, then add your subscription using that client’s configuration options. Menus may vary across desktop environments. Once imported, confirm the server list has updated, then connect and check your exit location. For distro-specific details on permissions, network settings, or maintenance, see the Complete Guide rather than adding those variations to your first-time setup.
Whatever device you use, confirm that the import succeeded and the server list is visible before trying to connect. Copying the subscription, adding the configuration, and refreshing the list are separate steps; completing just one may not load the latest routes. To switch between devices, repeat the same import steps on each one. You don’t need to choose a new plan for every device.

Connect to a route and check your exit location
Once the server list appears, filter by region and check the route type and its intended use. To access a service in a particular region, choose a route that matches it. IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes, and direct connections use different paths. You can start by testing one, then compare based on your experience. After the client shows Connected, open IP Check and confirm that the exit location matches your selected route. The status icon shows that the client has started or maintained a connection; an IP check confirms that the route is actually in effect.
Keep the client connected while you verify, and avoid switching routes while checking an old result. After changing regions, reopen the checker. If your browser still shows the previous result, refresh the page. If you’re using AI tools or streaming services, first verify the connection on a regular webpage, then test the service you want to use. The service’s own account, regional rules, and availability can also affect the outcome, so one page failing to load doesn’t necessarily mean the route isn’t connected.
Once the exit location matches what you expect, your initial setup is complete. Next time, you can usually open the client and choose a route. If you update your subscription or change plans later, refresh the server list in the client before testing the connection. If the list no longer matches the panel after a long break, update the subscription first instead of deleting your account or placing another order.
Open IP CheckCHECK / Troubleshooting
If you can’t connect, check in order
Start with your account overview: check that the subscription is active and that you’re signed in to the same account used for the order. Next, check the client’s server list. If it’s empty, make sure you imported the subscription details from the panel and refresh the list. If routes appear but won’t connect, try another route in the same region. Finally, check your device’s network and the client’s permissions: confirm that regular webpages load, then see whether the system is waiting for you to approve a network configuration. Checking in this order helps isolate account, import, and connection issues without changing every setting at once.
If the client says Connected but your IP check shows no change, disconnect, choose the route again, wait for the client status to update, and refresh the checker. If only one app won’t load, use a browser and the IP checker to tell whether the route isn’t working or the app itself has a problem. The same route may perform differently across network environments. Before switching, note the region and route type you were using so you can compare rather than relying on the connection icon alone.
This page covers first-time setup. For subscription updates, background settings, route type differences, and routine maintenance, see the Complete Guide. If you’ve completed the checks above and still can’t connect, sign in to the panel and use the support ticket form to share your platform, the step where the issue occurred, and the message shown in the client. Describe what happened, but don’t post your full subscription details in the ticket.
